About The Role
We at Instant Pest Control Ltd are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in London. The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills to help support with customer queries about our Services.
Qualifications
- Qualification & Experience:
⚫️ Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a customer service role
⚫️ Familiarity with Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi is an advantage.
⚫️ Answering phone calls
⚫️ Creating and managing bookings
⚫️ Being responsible for managing anything and everything.
⚫️ Advanced Microsoft office skills – Essential (mail merge, Outlook, Excel including creating formulas, formatting)
